Fees for other services (airport transfer, massage, day tours, laundry, luggage storage, amenities, etc.) are shown on each service's booking or order page.

Any cleaning fee, extra-guest fee or optional charges are shown on the screen before you confirm your booking or order.

Internet connection and communication charges for using the website / app are borne by the customer.

Credit card, WeChat Pay, Alipay, PayPay and membership points (balance). Available payment methods follow what is shown on the booking / order page.

At the completion of the booking / order process (online payment). Membership points are applied at checkout.

Accommodation: from your reserved check-in date, once the booking is confirmed.

Other services: provided at the date and time specified when booking or ordering.

Cancellation of accommodation bookings is subject to the cancellation policy of each property and rate plan (shown on the booking page and in the Accommodation Terms). Cancellations after the stated deadline incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds are, in principle, made to the payment method used (it may take several business days to arrive). Any portion paid with membership points is returned as points.

Due to the nature of accommodation and other services, returns or refunds are not accepted after the service has been provided.
