Membership Services

Membership registration is free and available in the APT11 app. Please provide accurate information when registering, and update your details promptly in the app if they change.

New members receive a sign-up bonus of 5,000 points. This benefit may be changed or terminated without notice.

・Points can be used toward payment for our services, including room bookings. Where points can be applied and the amount that can be offset are subject to the actual display.

・In some cases, using points is subject to a minimum order amount, and there may be a cap on the number of points that can be applied per order.

・Points cannot currently be applied to airport transfers, in-room massage, or day tours.

・Details such as earning conditions, redemption units, and expiration dates follow the rules displayed in the app at the time of use.

・Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold to third parties.

・Points obtained through fraudulent means may be invalidated.

When members book accommodation through the app, an app-exclusive rate of 10% off the room price (best rate) applies.

The best rate is benchmarked against the average price at which most customers book on other reservation platforms. Lower prices arising from platform sales, new-user discounts, points redemption, coupons, or similar are not covered by the best-rate guarantee. Conditions follow what is displayed at the time of booking.

Some services are limited to certain areas (e.g., the Osaka area) or time periods. Please check the app for current availability.

You are responsible for managing your login credentials. If you become aware of unauthorized use by a third party, please contact us immediately. Accounts may not be lent or transferred.

・Registering with false information or fraudulently creating multiple accounts

・Fraudulently obtaining or reselling points or benefits

・Interfering with the operation of our services

・Acts contrary to laws or public order and morals

If prohibited conduct is confirmed, we may suspend or revoke membership and invalidate points.

We may change, add to, or terminate membership services, benefits, and the points program without notice.

To cancel your membership, follow the procedure in the app. Points held at the time of withdrawal will expire and cannot be restored.
